While we don’t process orders directly, we’re here to guide you on the return, refund, and exchange policies set by the retailers where our products are sold. We get it—sometimes a towel just isn’t the right fit, the color doesn’t match your kitchen, or you just change your mind. Whatever the reason, if you’re looking to return, exchange, or get a refund, here’s what you need to know:

Cancellation Policy

Change of plans? No problem—well, as long as the retailer allows it.

Orders can only be canceled if the retailer permits it and if the cancellation request is made before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it falls under the return policy instead.

If cancellation is possible, the refund will be processed by the retailer as per their refund terms. It may take a few days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.
