- If the towel arrives damaged or defective, the seller may offer a replacement or refund, but this will be based on their discretion and policies.
- Refunds, once approved by the retailer, will be processed according to their payment terms. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
- Exchanges are typically subject to product availability. If the towel you want in exchange is out of stock, you may need to opt for a refund instead.

Cancellation Policy
Change of plans? No problem—well, as long as the retailer allows it.
Orders can only be canceled if the retailer permits it and if the cancellation request is made before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it falls under the return policy instead.
If cancellation is possible, the refund will be processed by the retailer as per their refund terms. It may take a few days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.
